These 2 surveys have been designed by Lancashire SEND Partnership to help us listen to children and young people (and their families) with different kinds of SEN. We want to understand what is important to children, young people and their parent carers to help us work more effectively with them.

The surveys are initially open until the end of the summer holidays 2023 where we will review results and likely re-promote in the new term.

These surveys are for children and young people and their parent carers in Lancashire where the child or young person has Special Educational Needs (SEN) support needs.

Your responses will be anonymous. It is your choice to answer any question or skip it.
